Like clockwork, we anticipate the launch of a new iPhone and we scourer the internet for anything… pics, videos, leaks etc. just to satisfy our curiosity.
With just a few remaining weeks before the rumored launch of the iPhone 8 the apple mock-ups and rumor mills have already started to grind hard.
Chief Design Officer at Apple, Jony Ive is said to be making an iPhone 8 featuring a single sheet of glass, detailing that aspect during an interview with the Wall Street Journal.
“The current design ideas for the 2017 iPhones are expected to push the handsets in that direction by eliminating much of the bezel around the display with the OLED screen.”
While we have seen our fair share of iPhone 8 mock-ups, one video does put things into prospective about how the the phone could possible look & hopefully, the bezels disappear entirely.
Next to the Galaxy s8, the concept appears to work well however, there’s probably no chance that still will actually look like the real deal.
The stills, taken from YouTuber DailyTekk‘s video does offer some great perspective into how the device may appear in the flesh and we have our fingers crossed for anything like this. Be sure to watch the entire video below:
